Global Safety Stamp to Recognise Safe Travels Protocols

After more than a difficult year worldwide, vaccines are gaining ground among the population and the tourism industry is preparing to reopen. It is time to offer safety and confidence to tourists according to global safety and hygiene protocols. 

The WTTC, together with the industry, has created a self-certified Safe Travels Stamp based on global industry protocols that WTTC has assembled for all aspects of the tourism sector.

The specially designed stamp will allow travelers to recognize governments and companies around the world which have adopted health and hygiene global standardized protocols so travelers can experience ‘Safe Travels'.

To learn more about the implementation of the WTTC Safe Travels Stamp, Skål International organised the webinar 'WTTC's Safe Travels Stamp: How to implement it in your business to establish traveler confidence' on 29 June.

In the session led by Daniela Otero, CEO of Skål International, the importance of implementing the Safe Travels Stamp in businesses to ensure traveler confidence, an initiative of the WTTC, which we have recently joined, was presented, as well as the process for Skål International members to implement it.
