Skål International is delighted to announce that they have signed a MOU with the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).

This partnership will allow members from both associations to participate in collaborative seminars, and advocate for causes that are critical for our industry such as sustainability, human trafficking, and human capacity development.

As part of our Global Partnership initiative, we are delighted to collaborate with PATA to advocate, promote and unify our industry.

Members of both organizations will benefit from the following (just to mention a few):

• PATA will offer Skål International members a 10% membership fee discount for new members (first-year joining). Please contact memberteam@pata.org in case of interest.

• Speaking invitation for in-person events, activities, and online webinars.

• Invitation to the representatives to join virtual conference/forum and/or networking session.

• Members may be invited to participate in each other’s webinars (when available to the public) on travel/tourism and sustainability topics.

• PATA & Skål International to collaborate on a webinar or roundtable discussion session for the youth members. For PATA Youth and Young Skål Professionals to have an opportunity to share best practices, ideas, or challenges that are related to tourism recovery.
