The new Skål International Oaxaca is comprised of 21 founding members, led by Estela Nolasco, who assumes the role of the Club's first President.

The oath of office was administered to President Estela Nolasco by the National President of Skål International Mexico, Gustavo Bolio, in the city of Puebla during Skål International Mexico’s third National Meeting, with Skål International World President Annette Cárdenas as the guest of honor.
