Inclusive tourism for disabled travelers focuses on creating environments and experiences that are accessible to everyone, regardless of physical or cognitive limitations. 

By designing facilities, services, and activities that cater to diverse needs, ensuring that disabled individuals can enjoy travel without barriers prioritizing accessibility in transportation, accommodations, and attractions, the tourism industry not only enhances the quality of life for disabled travelers but also fosters a more inclusive society.  

As part of the tourism industry, we should promote equal opportunities for exploration and enjoyment to all individuals so they can experience the richness of cultures and our destinations. At Skål International we support the key elements of inclusivity and encourage our members to actively participate in fostering a sense of belonging. It is also very important in our industry to understand and respect different cultural backgrounds, traditions and values.
